LEARN & GROW DAYS
Wednesday evenings have been busy downstairs at Penn-Zion’s with Learn & Grow Wednesdays, our alternative to Sunday School for all of our parish children 3 years through 5th grade. These classes held at 5:45 PM have been a fun-filled hour learning Bible stories and what it means to follow Jesus. Classes resumed on January 7th following the Christmas break. As we start a new year, this is a great opportunity to join us if your child has not participated this year. We have children from both Penn-Zion’s and Brush Creek attending. If the Penn-Trafford School District is off or has a half day for a holiday, cancelled classes for the day or students are sent home early due to weather related concerns, we will not be meeting that evening.
Any questions or if interested in helping out, please contact Gwen at (724) 882-4749.
BIBLE STUDY
Friday morning Bible Study continues on a regular basis at Penn-Zion’s from 10:30 – 11:30 AM. Pastor Steiner will lead a series of discussions on 1st Corinthians. All members of our Cooperative Ministry are invited and encouraged to attend this time to grow in God’s Word.
It is a good opportunity to meet each other in the fellowship of faith, as well as to grow in relationship with God.
ADULT CHRISTIAN EDUCATION
THE CONTEMPORARY ADULT CLASS will meet every Sunday morning following the worship service (approx. 10:30 am) at Brush Creek in the downstairs social room.
